Organised by the Rotary Club of Guildford, this popular Christmas concert is now in its 70th year and will once again feature the Vivace Chorus, under the baton of its musical director Jeremy Backhouse as well as seasonal readings by members of the Choir. Besides all the usual well-known hymns and carols, the Vivace Chorus will also be performing musical arrangements of seasonal works by David Willcocks, John Rutter and Bob Chilcott. Every year, this Concert attracts capacity audiences in Holy Trinity Church to raise much-needed fund for local charities, supported by the Mayor of Guildford during her mayoral year.
