With over 25 years’ experience working in and leading scale-up businesses, he is currently the Founder-CEO of a spin-out from Imperial College London.

Martin has consulted for well-known UK brands, becoming a trusted advisor to senior teams. As a peer-group facilitator and business coach, he now focuses on helping SME leaders find clarity, navigate change, and make confident decisions. Martin is committed to building supportive, inclusive environments where people can share ideas and learn from each other, and brings a fresh perspective as a neurodiverse leader.
