Getting messy and painting for self expression is something that can be hard to find the time and space to do! Celebrating pride month and community this workshop will give us space to connect and create a large painting together. Starting with a mindfulness activity, we will then use a range of materials which will be all provided, to create an expressive, beautiful piece of art together, with time to chat throughout and reflect at the end.
