Presented by H & T Creative and designed for those with limited mobility or who prefer a gentler pace, this seated workshop weaves together dance and science to explore the global impact of plastic pollution.
Participants will engage in thoughtful movement and expressive exercises from a seated position, creating a rich kinaesthetic learning experience without the need for full-body movement. Alongside learning repertoire from the show, No Time to Waste, attendees will be encouraged to generate their own creative responses through guided, accessible choreography.
