Running on Wednesday evenings, ACM Guildford’s performance and production Programme for 12–17s gives young musicians a real studio experience in a supportive, inspiring environment. Across 10 weeks, you’ll get hands-on training in :
Music Performance (Bass, Drums, Vocals, Keys, Guitar) or Music Production, taught by tutors who work professionally in the music industry.
Who It’s For
Young people aged 12–17 who want to explore music in a fun, practical and confidence-building environment. Perfect for beginners, rising performers, new producers, or anyone who wants to make music, meet other young creatives, and work in real studios — not classrooms.
What You’ll Learn
Over 10 weeks, you’ll take part in practical creative workshops, learn directly from music professionals, and build original work to share at the end-of-term showcase. You’ll: • Build skills and confidence through hands-on sessions • Learn in real studios with tutors who work in today’s music industry • Create, rehearse and experiment with other young musicians • Write, perform and produce original music • Take part in a live showcase performance in Week 10 Ideal for young people searching for music lessons for teens, music production courses for 12–17s, or youth performance training.
