Mon 13 Apr – Lunchtime Jazz with the Jo Fooks trio
Former winner of the 'Young Scottish Musician of the Year' and a member of the Humphrey Lyttelton band, Jo Fooks is a wonderful tenor saxophonist with a mellow tone that’s often compared to that of jazz legend Stan Getz. Guildford Jazz anchor Marianne Windham completes the line-up on double bass. From 2.00pm to 3.00pm (lunch available from 12 to 2pm) at The Guildford Institute, Ward St, Guildford GU1 4LH For more details of the event and to book tickets £12 (Discounts for members and students) visit https://www.guildfordjazz.org.uk
