Night-Time Staff Parking Scheme in Guildford
Experience Guildford, in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, is pleased to continue its discounted staff parking scheme for a second year, helping late-night workers travel to and from work safely while supporting Guildford’s hospitality and leisure businesses.
Up to 100 annual parking permits are available to employees of Experience Guildford levy-paying businesses, providing convenient, low-cost parking during the evening and overnight.
Key details
- Hours covered: 3 pm – 7 am, seven days a week
- Cost: £150 per permit, per year (pre-paid, non-refundable)
- Trial period: June 2026 – end May 2027 (maximum 100 permits)
- Eligible car parks: Bedford Road MSCP, Bedford Road Surface, Bright Hill, G Live, High Street, Leapale Road, Mary Road, Millbrook
- Permit type: Linked to a specific vehicle registration and non-transferable
Experience Guildford will verify eligibility for every application, ensuring the scheme remains exclusive to levy-paying businesses. Companies must inform Experience Guildford if a staff member leaves so the permit can be reallocated.
