You will be responsible for:
· Processing purchase invoices and staff & volunteer expenses claims. · Issuing sales invoices. · Recording incoming funds on shared logging systems. · Processing daily bank reconciliations. · Maintaining and updating petty cash receipts and payments. · Issuing statements to aged debtors on monthly basis. To assist Finance team in the course of their duties.
Requirements Essential
- Demonstrate accounting experience and working with databases e.g. excel.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong administration experience. Desirable
- Experience in handling payroll, knowledge of Staffology Payroll preferred.
- Experience using Xero
- Qualification (e.g. AAT, CIMA, ACCA, etc) in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field preferred.
