Kings Estates are looking for an apprentice lettings negotiator for our busy high street agency.
The role will suit an individual who is motivated and hungry for success.
Some of the day to day duties include:
- Handle incoming enquiries
- Manage a database of clients
- Register applicants and match applicants to properties
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Canvassing / leafleting for new business
- Administer the required paperwork for prospective tenancies
- Update Property Portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket) websites with property details
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
- The working hours are 9:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 - 16:00 Saturdays, working every 1 in 3 Saturdays.
A clean driving license and your own car with suitable business insurance is a must.

Pay: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
