What you’ll be doing:
The cogs that keep it all together – the best Baristas in town. As a Barista, you share what we are all about at Black Sheep Coffee, with our customers. Your main responsibility will be delivering an unforgettable customer service experience. You will do this by showcasing your unbeatable coffee-making skills, your superior product knowledge, and your passion for the Black Sheep Coffee Brand. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our standards, acting as a brand ambassador in all that you do.

Proactive at cleaning during shifts and ensure the bar and store is clean from head to toe.
Head Barista
We're looking for the best or the best in a Barista or a Head Barista, dependable, hard-working, skilled with extensive knowledge of coffee, all the equipment related to creating the fines blend to help us keep up with the demands of our growing customer base. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks and will operate company equipment for the production of coffee drinks, pastries, and other menu items.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee making techniques.
- Ability to dial in and manage qualify of coffee
- Train Baristas
- Barista training
- Stock take
- Equipment management
- Support the manager in daily tasks.
- Check the quality of coffee and other ingredients.
- Make coffee using a variety of methods.
- Perform basic accounting tasks and reconcile to bank statement. Be flexible with duties.
- Help develop and deliver training
