Performance; can you ensure the speed of service, and scale up the menu to serve over 100 people?
Experience; have you worked in a kitchen before, do you understand food safety, can you manage time effectively and lead a team of support cooks? 1 year+ preferable

Flexible hours we can adapt to any commitments you have. Operation from Monday to Thursday 11-10 pm Friday and Saturday 11-11 pm, Sunday 11-08pm )
