Rita Botanicals is a small independent plant shop in the heart of Surrey, and we’re looking for someone passionate about houseplants who truly knows their stuff 🌿
Customer service is incredibly important to us, so we’re looking for someone warm, confident and knowledgeable - someone who genuinely loves helping people choose the right plants for their homes.
This role would suit someone who already has a part-time job or other commitments but would love to work flexibly around plants and meet lovely customers 🥰
Pay: £12.50 ph (with a planned increase from April).
We’re looking for:
- Some weekday availability
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Retail experience (a big plus!)
General responsibilities include:-
- Sharing awesome plant knowledge 😎
- Plant care and maintenance Creating terrariums
- Keeping the shop floor looking beautiful
- Bringing plant deliveries up to the main shop
- Supporting social media content creation
- Supporting day-to-day shop operations
