K-Town Guildford is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House team members to help us deliver a warm, welcoming experience as we open in November. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, creating a great first impression and ensuring smooth, friendly service throughout each guest’s visit. A passion for hospitality and an interest in Korean cuisine are highly valued.
This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Duties
- Welcome and seat guests with a friendly, professional manner.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate service.
- Maintain a clean, organised dining area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy.
- Address guest questions and resolve concerns promptly to enhance their experience.
- Provide support to guests with on-table grilling, including setup, safety guidance, and cooking tips.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for Korean food and culture is a bonus.
