As an Apple Expert, you will provide professional advice to our customers, assist them with their technology needs, offer product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and provide personalised recommendations based on their needs.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy, clean and organised store environment.
- Learn and stay informed about the latest tech trends and product releases.
- Book repair appointments with customers over the phone or in the store.
- Flexibility with your schedule as work hours will be based on business needs during store opening times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Apple and iStore procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- A good understanding of computers, phones and technology in general.
- Ability to qualify as an Apple Champion+.
- Strong people skills and a talent for problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Pay Range:
£22,000 - £27,000 per year— depending on qualifications gained and performance. Made up of: Hourly rate, Qualifications, Personal bonuses.
