Duties

  • Supervise and manage the payments team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

  • Provide training and support to team members in areas such as, serving, and hospitality best practices.
  • Monitor payment systems for accuracy and security, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Maintain records of transactions and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or barista roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all areas to enhance service delivery.
