Role: HR Business Administrator as part of the halow project, a charity providing support to adults with learning disabilities. **Location: **Our head office is based in central Guildford where this role will be based (hybrid working available). Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours pw **Salary: **£24, 877 Annual Leave: 33 days, inclusive of bank holidays. **Training: **You will receive fully paid training supplementing any previously completed relevant training, with further development opportunities also available to progress your role and career.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with premises management and health and safety requirements.
- The procurement, allocation, ongoing maintenance, retrieval and secure disposal of organisational IT hardware.
- Working with Head of Departments to fulfil volunteer needs and opportunities.
- Overseeing the advertising and recruitment of volunteers via external channels and opportunities. Supporting the HR team with administration tasks for volunteer and staff recruitment.
Requirements Essential
- Organisation, prioritisation and problem solving skills
- Strong demonstrable experience working in an administration or office assistant role
- A basic-level understanding of Health & Safety at work processes and responsibilities
- Aged 18 and above
- Right to Work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. Desirable
- NVQ in business administration, or other relevant qualification
