We are seeking a receptionist who is a natural sales person, leading with honesty, integrity, humanity, and emotional intelligence.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, socially confident, and takes pride in their personal presentation. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with courtesy and professionalism
  • Managing incoming calls using phone etiquette, and taking messages as needed.
  • Handling general administrative tasks and maintaining appointment schedules.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office Suite for various clerical functions.
  • Managing correspondence via email and postal mail.
  • Organising appointments and maintaining the reception area to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work independently whilst being a team player.
  • Attention to detail and a professional demeanour at all times.
  • Confident advisor on Davines product sales. (Training on products will be provided).

This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute positively to our organisation’s success—opportunity to sell luxury brand Davines products with a view to making sales commission.

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
