As a Retail Advisor, you’ll embody the Brook Taverner brand and be its advocate inside and outside the business, and go that extra mile to make sure the service is as premium as our product. You will be reporting to the Management team and your key responsibility will be to deliver excellent service to our customers through a bright, fun personality and a genuine love for all of our garments and accessories. We will also be looking for Key Holders so previous experience of working in retail within a position of responsibility would be an advantage.
For both positions you will:
- Create a welcoming, fun and bright store environment for customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service to encouraging repeat custom
- Gain an understanding of our regular and repeat customers and tailor the experience to them
- Seek opportunities for add on sales and cross selling of our products to the customer
- Maintain store and visual merchandising standards to the highest possible levels
We are looking for full and part time people to work their hours on a rotational basis to include some weekends. Set days each week may be available to the right candidate. Starting salaries are based around current minimum wage rates. Please send CV and a covering letter to [email protected].
