As Retail Assistant at our Vapestore based in central Guildford you will build meaningful and professional relationships with customers by listening to their needs and make suitable recommendations. Your role as a Retail Assistant is vital to the success of the Vapestore by encouraging repeat business and engaging with the local community.
We are looking for a passionate sales person who can offer flexibility with working hours to include some weekend working with the opportunity to work extra hours during the week to cover holidays and sickness.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Be the welcoming face of Vapouriz to customers and generate sales by making recommendations on products and upselling
Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met when possible
Work with management and colleagues to build a customer-focused, sales driven team
Be aware of the sales target and actively contribute to achieving store goals and targets
Deliver customer feedback and observations to the management team
Uphold store merchandising and high standards of cleanliness, ensure the store is kept neat and tidy and is easy for customers to navigate
Support the aims and ethos of Vapouriz, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance The ideal candidate should also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
