As a Retail Supervisor, in the absence, and in support, of the manager you will inspire the team to achieve store targets through coaching, delivering constructive feedback and teamwork in a high energy atmosphere. You will embody the brand and be its advocate inside and outside the business, you will naturally be up for every challenge that comes your way, motivating and developing your team while going that extra mile to make sure the service is as premium as our product.
Along with the store manager, you will consistently monitor store performance and make recommendations and/or implement ways to improve the overall results. You will be aware of the best-selling products and monitor the lower selling items and make certain that the expected standards of exceptional instore merchandising, presentation and displays are adhered to at all times. You will encourage a customer service culture, so that the team delivers sound garment suitability advise at all times and proactively seek out customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer service. Difficult or complex customer issues will be resolved effectively and in a timely manner. You'll achieve all of this through a bright, fun personality and a genuine love for all of our garments and accessories.
Previous experience of being a supervisor would be an advantage. The role is for 37.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days including a Sunday, with 2 days off per week, on a rota basis.
