We are looking for holiday staff to join our team at Sen Viet Quan! A Vietnamese restaurant dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience that combines authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. We are currently seeking professional, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Waitstaff and Bartenders.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Present and explain menu items, providing informed recommendations on Vietnamese cuisine and beverages.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Set up and monitor tables to respond to guest needs in a proactive and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Vietnamese specialty cocktails.
- Manage transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers.
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Availability during peak hours - offer a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
