Exciting New Night-Time Staff Parking Scheme Launches in Guildford

Guildford, May 2025 – Experience Guildford, in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, is delighted to launch a discounted staff-parking scheme designed to enhance safety for late-night workers and support recruitment across hospitality and leisure businesses. From June 2025, up to 100 annual parking permits will be available to employees of Experience Guildford levy-paying businesses, providing secure, low-cost parking every evening and overnight.

Key details

• Hours covered: 3 pm – 7 am, seven days a week
• Cost: £150 per permit, per year (pre-paid, non-refundable)
• Trial period: June 2025 – end May 2026 (maximum 100 permits)
• Eligible car parks: Bedford Road MSCP, Bedford Road Surface, Bright Hill, G Live, High Street, Leapale Road, Mary Road, Millbrook
• Permit type: Linked to a specific vehicle registration and non-transferable

Experience Guildford will verify eligibility for every application, ensuring the scheme remains exclusive to levy-paying businesses. Companies must inform Experience Guildford if a staff member leaves so the permit can be reallocated.
