Register Office Ceremonies Come to Harbour Hotel Guildford

Couples looking for an intimate ceremony in the heart of Guildford can now choose Harbour Hotel Guildford, with register office ceremonies available at the hotel from 6 September 2026.

Following the forthcoming closure of Guildford Register Office at Artington House, Harbour Hotel Guildford has partnered with Surrey County Council’s Registration Service to provide a new town-centre setting for ceremonies.

Taking place in the hotel’s dedicated Suite 3, ceremonies will be available on Sundays and Mondays for the couple and 2 to 18 guests, including children and babies. The ground-floor suite offers a stylish and contemporary setting for those looking for a smaller, more intimate celebration.

Located on Alexandra Terrace, just off Guildford High Street, Harbour Hotel also gives couples the convenience of continuing their celebrations in one place. Dining, accommodation and wellness facilities are available at the hotel, making it easy to turn the ceremony into a wider celebration with family and friends.
