We are thrilled to be producing a bit of festive magic this Christmas as we bring you The Snow Queen!

This is a digital performance of our 2020 family Christmas show, recorded earlier in the run.

How it works:
1) Buy your tickets online. Tickets are sold per device, Please note that tickets will be on sale until 2pm on the day of the showing.

2) On the day of the showing, you will be emailed a link and password which you will need to use to access the performance. We recommend checking your email address is correct when booking so that you do not have any issues receiving the link. If you have not received the email by 2pm on the day of your showing, please check your spam / junk folders and if it still not there, contact boxoffice@yvonne-arnaud.co.uk, or call us on 01483 44 00 00 to let us know and we will sort this for you.

3) As this is not a live stream, once you have entered your password, you will need to press play when you have gained access to the video. The performance will only be available online between 4pm and 7:30pm on the day of your showing. Therefore, you will need to begin watching it between 4pm and 6pm, in order to have enough time to watch the show. The show lasts for 1 hour and 10 minutes, with no interval. You are able to pause the video if you need to, but the video will not be available past 7:30pm, so you will need to have finished watching it by this point or risk missing the end of the show.

4) Get comfy on your sofa, grab your popcorn and chocolates. and enjoy the show!

Storyline

When Kai falls victim to the power of the Snow Queen, his best friend Gerda sets out on an epic journey to rescue him. Can she, with the help of the friends she meets (in a socially-distanced manner!) along the way, reach the frozen north and release Kai from the Snow Queen’s icy spell?

Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless fairy tale is brought to life in this magical adaptation by Nick Stafford.
