Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of properties, to include all day to day maintenance and tenancy management
  • Paying supplier invoices and service charges
  • Utility management
  • Liaising with utility companies and contractors
  • Sending inventory check in and out reports to tenants and landlords
  • Cross check necessary department checklists, ensuring accurate documents are saved to our internal system
  • Carry out other administrative duties within the lettings functions
  • Comply with Savills compliance procedures

Team Overview

We are a supportive and friendly team of six, who look after a large portfolio of prime properties from Battersea to Farnham. Our common goal is to provide exceptional service to both clients and tenants, and we support each other using our different skill sets in order to achieve this.
