Luz Nunez is an artist who lives in Guildford but is originally from Venezuela, South America, with a Spanish background.

She enjoys painting landscapes from her memories of Spain and the Caribbean but although seaside scenery is her favourite theme, she has found inspiration from the scenery of the country in the UK.
She finds the colour contrasts in its countryside to be very aesthetically pleasing to paint. Luz loves oils, acrylics and watercolour.  Every artwork has a motive or inspiration behind it, which makes every piece unique.

Visit the Guildford Institute, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm, to enjoy her vivid and colourful works that will truly transport you away from any grey day!
